Our firm is locally owned and operated and we have been at the same store front location for 23+ years.
Currently, we manage 52 Associations and handle the accounting for two.
We use professional property management software that keeps us up to date on all our HOAs information. This makes it possible to track notes, violations, payments, charges, etc.
AIA Property Management is CAM licensed with the state of Florida. Additionally, we are licensed; bonded and all employees are covered under Workers Compensation Insurance.
We have 4 licensed CAM’s in the office. This allows each association a personal CAM as contact.
