AIA Property Management is taking the events unfolding around COVID-19 seriously. While we are still committed to providing you with exceptional service for your Association’s needs, we are also committed to the safety and wellbeing of our clients and staff.
Based on several sources regarding preventing the spread of the virus, our office will be taking the following measures BEGINNING MARCH 23, 2020:
- Suspension or postponement of in-office meetings. Our office will no longer be available for boards to hold regularly scheduled meetings.
- Suspension or postponement of in-person meetings. To ensure the safety of our staff and homeowners, our managers will be available via speakerphone for regularly scheduled meetings
- Suspension of face-to-face payment collections. Homeowners may use the drop-box at our office for payments instead of the front desk. Payments can also be mailed via USPS to our office, or made online at the link below. (Note: there is a usage fee for online payments.)
In addition to the above precautions, our staff will not be available for any in-person interactions. Our front door will be locked during business hours, but we will remain staffed and available via email or phone. If orders are handed down that we are no longer able to come into the office, our staff is capable of working remotely but on a more limited basis.
We truly hope that these measures will help with Florida’s current State of Emergency and that we will be back to normal operations as soon as possible. Thank you for understanding.
